The shunt are high-precision current detection components manufactured with special alloy materials-----e-beam welding strip, which are mainly used in industrial applications where large currents need to be accurately measured. The product is made of manganese copper alloy material, whose temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) complies with international standards. The standard thickness specifications for the e-beam welding strip 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 2mm, with a producible range spanning 1-6mm.The width can be adjusted according to current specifications.
The shunt first undergoes a step-by-step stamping process through a progressive mold in the lathe, which completes a series of processes such as cutting, bending, and stretching, which can greatly improve production efficiency. Then annealing, that is the time-sensitive process of controlling the material in a specific environment, so that to reaches a stable state of product performance. Subsequently, a series of steps like pickling to remove oxidation and rust on the metal surface and soldering lines finally results in finished shunt.
In addition, our company also has two e-beam welding machines, which can not only customize the beam welders sizes according to customer needs; what’s more, we also have more than 40+ punches which can meet customer’s customized requirements.
